11th ALCUCOA Capability Training
Boracay Tropics, Boracay, Aklan
November 23-25, 2016
November marks the end of typhoon season making it a good time to visit one of the country’s scenic islands. Hence, it was a welcome opportunity for the participants of the 11th ALCUCOA Capability Training who loosened up and learned about "Managing Human Resources in Organization" overlooking the powder-white beaches of Boracay on November 23-25, 2016.
Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, ALCUCOA President and Executive Director and University of Makati’s (Umak) Executive Vice President delivered the entire training. Backed by his real-word practice as the former Human Resource Head of UMak and later of Ospital ng Makati (OsMak), Dr. Arcega programmed the training in such a way that participants are updated with relevant policies, trends and perspectives in managing 21st century organizations. The three-day training consisted of various sessions on “Leading Organization,” “Motivating Employees,” “Evaluating Performance and Pricing Employees,” “Giving Wining Presentations,” and concluded with a session on “Defining Quality and Productivity in Organizations.”
