To identify planning priorities for collaboration in LCU environment; 3. To review the impacts of innovation places on local and regional economic development; 4. To prepare for obstacles and considerations when pursuing innovation environments.

The resource speaker for this training was the Executive Vice President of University of Makati and ALCUCOA’s President and Executive Director Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega who himself is an authority in strategic planning and management. The sessions consisted of presentations on "Why Strategic Thinking?"
